Michaela Lopez (she/her/hers) is a junior from Lee’s Summit, Missouri in her first year of undergrad at KU. Michaela is on the pre-med track and plans to major in human biology and minor in Spanish. She is a part of the Honors Program, Multicultural Scholars Program, Greek life, the Latin American Student Union, and attends the youth group, STUMO. Throughout the next few years at KU she plans to Study Abroad, partake in research and shadow doctors in the area to help prepare for Med School. In her spare time, she likes to babysit, read books, volunteer at the Lawrence Humane Society, attend KU basketball games, and hangout with family.
