Grace Brunner
Grace Brunner (she/ her/ hers) is a junior from Overland Park, Kansas. She is majoring in English and Political Science, and after graduation she plans to pursue a masters degree in social work. She is passionate about ethical service, and is a member of the Omega Phi Alpha service sorority, currently serving as the Social Justice chair. She is the co-coordinator for CREATE (an arts-based service program through the KU Center for Community Outreach), serves as the spring break coordinator for Alternative breaks, works as an opinion columnist for the University Daily Kansan, and is involved with multiple other campus organizations. She has worked a legislative internship for a Representative in the Kansas House of Representatives, as well as a campaign internship. Most recently, she spent this summer in Washington, DC interning with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network.
