Katie Bernard (she/her/hers) is a junior from Overland Park, Kansas studying Journalism and Political Science. She has worked on staff for the University Daily Kansan and currently works at KUJH the student run TV broadcast station. In addition to student media Katie is also involved with the Dole Institute of Politics Student Advisory Board and is the executive director for Students Empowering Local Futures.
